We're Home

Its been a busy few days, but we're enjoying being home. Kate is growing (1.5 oz) and mom is doing OK besides the whole not sleeping thing. Kristopher and Josiah love to hold their little sister and Kristopher said "It's fun to have three kids." Grandpa is back from India and Grandma Jan will get to stay a while to help us get settled. We've been so thankful for our friends and family who have been so encouraging and helpful, although Kate won't be the only one gaining weight if I keep eating this well.

Congratulations! Seeing sweet little Kate makes me miss you all even more- of course it makes Ben want to have another baby. Glad to hear you are all doing well. Oh what fun you will have with a baby girl!
Stop by sometime on your way through. We'd love to see you all and meet Kate.

Life is a vapor! It is hard to image that you two "kids" now have a family of three. Jeff, I can still see you pull up to Jonathan's house in your little red car. I can remember with fondness the special breakfast that I got to come to at your Dad's the morning of your wedding. I remember your father-in-law tearfully giving you the pages from his prayer journal that he had prayed for Tara since she was a baby. God has been so faithful to you, and you have been so faithful to Him. Thanks for becoming a Godly man! It has made the hours invested in you more than worth it. I love you and I'm proud of you.

Kate looks so tiny. I was doing the math the other day and realized that Andrew was the same weight as Kate PLUS 6 lbs. 8 ozs!

The SR team leaves for Peru after school today. Andrew is pumped. Wish you guys could be with them, but you are right where you are supposed to be.

Congratulations. Tussle the boys hair for me, would you? Look forward to meeting Kate. Take care of Tara! We are praying for the blood clot situation.
